Does “combinazione” really mean “fluke” here? (And if it does, it would be useful for the explanation to mention it!)

Ciao Vincent. I’ve always thought of it as “a coincidence - by chance” or “arrangement” and also a combination. I think a better phrase for “fluke” would be “un colpo di fortuna”.
