Uhm… probably I’d simply use some kind of exclamation there, like “Ah, è (proprio) quello che stavo cercando!”. Or even “È proprio quello che stavo cercando!”. “Proprio” means “exactly” and it can be used to sgive emphasis, just as “Now” in the English sentence.
