More accurate translation: ‘You are absolutely golden’
I feel this is a matter of literal vs semantical translations (although I am not quite sure about translating todella as absolutely…).
I might be missing some english idiom, but I don’t see a situation where I might be calling someone golden (a situation maybe, but not a person). Aside from that, kultainen seems to indeed have the meaning of sweet. So I’d rather lean towards the original translation being more accurate

As always, I am guilty of wanting the translation to stay as close to the source as possible. With ‘todella’ I consider it an emphasis so I don’t think it is important exactly how you translate it. And for some reason I just don’t like the word ‘really’
