Oh wow, you are fast.

Is “waouh” regularly used instead of just “wow” in colloquial writing? Like for example, if I was texting someone and I said “wow” would it be ignored or would I get “ce n’est pas correct”?

I think you are definitely more likely to be understood if you use “waouh” or “waou!” - (The letter “a” makes a difference.)
