The first letter for ‘moderate’ is one I’ve never seen for German.
That’s a typo. Instead of holding the shift key for an upper case letter, apparently they held down the “AltGr” key, which produces a greek “µ” when you press the “M” key on a german keyboard.

Yeah, this is a mistake, like @pitti42 said. It’s a Greek letter and not part of the German alphabet.
