Would others question whether “transporter” is the right verb here? It sounds like it’s discussing the stock that a store carries for sale, and i would think that either the verb “offre” or “vendre” would be used… Thoughts?
I agree with you, I think the translator took the English sentence too literally. I think a more apt French version would be “Nous n’avons pas de produits en cuir en stock” or “Nous ne vendons pas de produits en cuir”.
Although I suppose this version is acceptable if the meaning is literally “we do not carry (from one place to another) leather goods”.
