I’m not dressed.
Very simple sentence. Nevertheless a question.
The English sentence can be used differently. Let’s take two situations with my wife.
Doorbell. “Would you open the door. I’m not dressed.” (Means I am more or less naked)
“Let’s go to the fancy new restaurant for dinner.” “But I’m not dressed!” (Means she is fully clothed but still I have to wait an hour or so ;-))
Btw, it would be the same dual use in German.
Is it the same in Italian?
