Sorry, but as a German I disagree.
Both “Borschtsch” and “minestra di cavoli” are simply “Kohlsuppe” in Deutsch.
Your translations are both slavic (and by the way not difficult, if written in cyrillic letters).
Of course, if you have a recipe from a foreign country, you usually do not- and should not - translate its name at all.
