"Granche’ is the cloze word here which is translated as “really”, “much”. Was it omitted in the English version or it is just not translated but somehow understood?

I would translate “She does not care all that much how she dresses”.
“Granché” is used only in negative sentences, so, yes, it kind of means “much” or “really”, in the sense of “not much” and “not really”.
