Does anyone know why this isn’t ‘Non dimenticare questi’?
There can only be one “official” answer to a single cloze, even though other possible answers exist. The way I would disambiguate this cloze is to add a hint saying “Lei”.
Ahhh I totally forgot that it can be in the formal form. My bad, it makes sense now

Ciao, I read this as the present Imperative (for giving orders etc), as the phrase seemed very emphatic. Happy to be corrected.
It is indeed the present imperative, just in its formal (Lei) form.
