Talking about apples (der Apfel):
Nimm, welchen du willst. (but only one)
Nimm, welche du willst. (more than one)
Talking about pears (die Birne):
Nimm, welche du willst. (one or more)
Talking about dresses (das Kleid):
Nimm, welches du willst. (but only one)
Nimm, welche du willst. (more than one)
Because of the lack of grammar in English, an isolated sentence in clozemaster is often ambiguous.
Btw, I think nowadays the comma is facultative.
