Are there not three possible correct responses here? Vorresti (you, informal singular). vorreste (you, plural) and vorrebbe (you, formal singular)? Am I missing a clue?

you are talking of translating the English sentence to Italian. In this case, yes, those seem to be the possible interpretations of the sentence.
You should also keep in mind that using the plural second person form may also be used as a respectful form of singular you. It is not used a lot anymore, except maybe in some part of Italy, but it is used occasionally. Or you may find it in books/novels from a few decades ago.
A formula to offer something (food, typically), uses the verb “gradire” (to like).
So “Ne gradireste una adesso” would also work here, and maybe it is a better match to the English sentence.
