Az irodám a második emeleten van.
The third floor, az a harmadik, de a példamondatban második van
In many European countries (I’m not sure about Hungary in particular), the “first floor” is not the ground floor of the building, but rather the next floor up from the ground floor. The “second floor” would be the next floor above that. But in North America, the “first floor” is the ground-level floor. The “second floor” would be what Europeans would call the “first floor”, and the “third floor” in North American buildings would be what Europeans call the “second floor”.
It’s very confusing.
