zaraz means right now, immediately.
in a minute is rather za chwilę

This translation is wrong, zaraz is quite the opposite of immediately, it means not right now, but very soon:

  • Mogę zadzwonić teraz? / Can call right now?
  • Teraz jestem zajęty, ale zaraz mam przerwę. / Now I’m busy, but very soon I’ll have a break.

So for this sentence to mean what the translation is implying, it would have to be “Mogę to zrobić teraz?”

Oh actually I didn’t think this way at first, but @Hyacinthe is completely right, their example sentences convince me.
