The alternative is to use one of the specific combinations: sonson, sondotter, dotterson, or dotterdotter.

BTW, bebis sounds like child-speak; the standard word is spädbarn, but you can also say baby.

I don’t like ‘bebis’ either. Wiktionary says

Etymology
From English babies, plural of baby.

which I find surprising. There is no equivalent word in Danish.
