Missä te menette?

English Translation

Where are you all going?

I assume ‘all’ is included in the translation in order to clarify that ‘you’ is plural and not singular. Not terribly elegant but it makes sense.

Additionnally, shouldn’t it be mihin instead of missä?

Yes, either that or minne. Good catch!

Yep, well spotted. I missed that as well!

EDIT: I just asked one of my Finnish teachers on Italki whether it is possible to use ‘missä te menette’, and it actually does have a particular meaning. Say you are on a train journey, and somebody who knows you are on the train phones you up and asks you where you are (meaning how far you have got). In that case you should use ‘missä’ and not ‘mihin’.
