I’m at a loss for words.
Literally, “words fail me” which is a familiar exclamation in English, at least to my generation.

fehlen: to lack, be missing
Literally, it’s “I’m lacking the words”.
But then, there’s meaning #9 on wiktionary: fail - Wiktionary, the free dictionary
“Words fail me!” is big, a drama queen exclamation, often indicating disgust with something or someone. I really can’t see anyone actually saying “I lack the words,” unless they are talking to someone and grappling with a language barrier between them. Two very different contexts.
