‘Tekemättä’ (abessive) is wrong. My guess is it should be a 3rd infinitive of some sort, perhaps ‘tekemään’ or ‘tekemässä’.

The abessive here means “that has not been done”, so it’s basically equivalent to “still needs to be done”.

I stand corrected. My reliable Finnish teacher from Italki has confirmed that you can indeed use abessive this in way.
