Mangi come gli italiani?

English Translation

Do you speak like the Italians?

Speak or eat?

i think it is an error,
“mangiare” is “eat”

It seems an error indeed. Also on Tatoeba the two Italian versions of this sentence only seem linked to a German translation, which again isn’t a completely correct match either (though it seems @morbrorper might have just unliked the English translation in the last 15ish minutes).

The linked German translations correspond to “Do you like to eat Italian (food)?”, which at least is closer, but still not quite the translation implied here of “Do you eat like the Italians do?”. While both use “like”, one means “do you enjoy eating Italian food?”, and the other “do you eat in the same way as the Italians?”.
