The cloze should just be “aklatan” (or bibliyoteka, another Metro Manila spanish loanword).
Silid-aklatan means exactly what it says—“library-room”—and is only used for literal one-room libraries, like those in most schools. (Another way to fix this sentence, therefore, would be to change “the library” in the translation to “the school library”, which would almost certainly be a silid-aklatan.)
