複数形 should be ふくすうけい so as other linguistic terms: 現在形 (present form) and 現在完了形 (present perfect form). Most of the compounded words using the Kanji 形 are けい. The exceptions are 形見 = かたみ (bequest or keepsake from someone), 花形 = はながた (main role of a movie/TV drama/play), 手形 = てがた (handprint), etc.
By the way, we are wondering who the actual OP is and why the OP was haunted by “System”.
