There is nothing polite in the Finnish sentence so ‘please’ should be removed from the English translation.
This is very often the case in the Finnish translations from other languages, sourced from Tatoeba. A cultural trait, perhaps?
I think the problem is generally that the translations might be fine in the context they were in originally but we don’t see that context. So it isn’t really a fair comparison.
