Ciao. I have no problem with our good friend “ne” but can’t work out why this translates as “He found one”. Thanks for any help here regarding the Lei.

The phrase translation is wrong.
I have checked the phrase in Tatoeba.org where all these phrases come from and it has there two available answers:
Of course “He found one” is wrong. Gonna delete that tatoeba translation now.
