For “intraprendente” WordReference suggests “resourceful”, “enterprising” and “dynamic”. I suppose “aggressive” is not wrong, as long as one has in mind that particular shade of meaning.

IMO, the translation is too “creative” to be acceptable.

Yes, I tend to agree. Aggressive gives a vastly different meaning! I’d be happy to be called intraprendente but not aggressive
