This is the equivalent of (head high) as in you can do this.

“Chin up!” is what English speakers would probably say.
“Stiff upper lip” is what they say in England, but I must admit I never understood that one. “Chin up” or “hold your head up high” makes more sense in the context of trying to encourage someone to be brave.
