This spanish translations are actually so wrong, u cant just say “ahora lo cacho”. We are not in Perú or Bolivia man. Ahora lo entiendo es la forma correcta.

I take it that you aren’t, but it’s quite possible that others here could be. I think your point might be that members of Clozemaster, regardless of where they live, might not be aware that this particular sentence is not characteristic of all dialects of Spanish.
If I look at “Ahora lo cacho” at Tatoeba (the source of the sentence pair), I see that both the tags and the comments explain that this sentence is characteristic of Argentina or Chile (or, more widely, of Latin America). I also see that the sentence is linked to the more informal “Jetzt hab ich verstanden”, whereas the more standard/formal “Jetzt habe ich es verstanden!” is linked to “¡Ahora lo entiendo!” So it seems as if Tatoeba is doing the right thing. Tags get lost when sentences are imported into Clozemaster, however, and I suppose that if whoever is doing the importation does not know the language pair very well, and doesn’t consult the tags or comments for a given sentence, they won’t be aware of these distinctions.
