There’s some sort of problem with this question, I typed in “fais” and got all green letters but that didn’t end up matching up with the correct response (“fiches”) at all.

There’s probably “fais” as an alternative answer to that cloze.

I did the same thing. It’s an alternative answer. The verb ficher means “to do”, same as faire but in familiar context.
