“I am tired of dancing” and
“I am tired from dancing”?
(The first meaning being equivalent to “J’en ai marre de danser.”)
Yes, I think so, and context, tone of voice or what not, will usually make it clear which one is meant.
As you said, "J’en ai marre de danser.” is also an option - no need for context with this one
