Looking up the meaning of “vidare” I am confused as to what part it plays in this sentence.
“inte något vidare” is equivalent to “inte särskilt” (not particularly): " Jag tycker inte att hans prestation var särskilt bra."

Tack. Google didn’t like “vidare” at all (translates it as “further”, in that sentence) - “särskilt” works better. Noted!

“Du ser ut att må dåligt.” “Ja, jag mår inget vidare.”
