There is something wrong with the audio on this one. It doesn’t say “bil” at the end. Seems to say bilarga, which doesn’t make sense.
It probably says “bilaga” (attachment). I have noticed many similar errors in other courses, that anything that looks like an abbreviation is expanded if followed by a period sign (full stop).
