The (currently) correct spelling is “recht”. See this discussion:

Especially considering the government had been changing the spelling a couple of times since 1996, going from “recht” to “Recht” and then back to “recht”. It used to be “Recht” some years ago, but that decision was reverted. It seems arbitrary and is unintuitive, even for native speakers.
