According to Wiktionary and Forvo, it should be “sàn‧gui‧no”, but Carla says “san‧guì‧no”.

Thanks @morbrorper - hmm, sangueeeno just doesn’t sound like blood to me, sànguino pumps along nicely! I’m learning so much about emphasis and accents, and I jump about when I realise I was right and Giorgio was wrong. I wonder if he and Carla collude to test us;-)
