I’ve had it with this stupid job.
My understanding of ‘ne’ here would be ‘the thing I have had enough of’. Since what I have had enough of is then defined ’ stupido lavoro’, is there really any reason for the ne to be there?

Hi. Here I read “ne” as “of it” which emphasises how fed up he is with stupido lavoro. It also adds to the rhythm of the sentence.
