What construction is this, to say “Interresiert daran…”? Is an indirect object like “dir”, “euch” or "Ihnen"implied? Also why is there no “es” here? Is this grammatically correct?

This sentence threw me for a loop and I’m wondering why the grammar here is valid because I don’t often encounter sentences with this structure.

You could start this sentence like: “Sind Sie interessiert daran…”.
But it would be better if you delete this sentence, or should i say: “Better delete this sentence” .
