The dress fits you very well.
The word “pennello” (a brush) was new to me. So, if it is a “brush” in this particular sentence, I needed to know what was it doing there. The meaning of this phrase makes perfect sense with the help from Treccani: …di cosa ben fatta, precisa…di abito o di indumento in genere che sembri quasi dipinto sulla persona. My goodness, you can’t formulate it more “preciso”!
