The original phrase is in english, and they use"concerned" , that can mean both to be worried and to be involved. In italian there are 3 translations, with 2 different meanings, but the translation to spanish was “worried”, instead of “involved”, and the phrase used in italian is the one “involved”.
El doctor está preocupado = Il dottore è turbato / Il dottore è preoccupato.
El doctor está involucrado. = Il dottore è coinvolto.
