Warum passen: “Anfrage, Befragung, Nachfrage, Abfrage” hier nicht? Warum Rückfrage?
All these words have different meanings:
“Anfrage” is something you do first, typically before you order.
“Befragung” is a lot a questions, often forced like in “die Polizei befragt den Verdächtigen”.
“Nachfrage” is a question coming after a prior one.
“Abfrage” is used if you ask e.g. a lot of persons the same question.
So after your order “Rückfrage” is very probably correct. “Nachfrage” might also be okay. Anything else is not. Of course, simply “Frage” would be neutral and also possible.
