I was three. I woke up lying on my living room floor, struggling to remember who and where I was. Once my mom came in the room I remembered. It was dinner time, and I hated that my favourite green beans were being cooked.

It’s insanely long sentence

Not really. It is four sentences, with lengths of 3 to 17 words each.

At Tatoeba, and presumably also at Clozemaster, “sentence” is often used to mean “unit of contribution” (see, it’s hard to come up with an alternative term), not just something that is a sentence in a grammatical sense. Perhaps masleus meant that this is a very long unit to work with (to fit on the screen, listen to, etc.).

There are other problems with this sentence, which I noted in a comment at Tatoeba.

I would suggest that the proper term is “expression.”

“Expression” already serves another purpose. For instance, you could ask “How often does the expression ‘lose your head’ appear in English sentences at Tatoeba?” I don’t think it would be clear to try to make it also mean “sequence of words contributed as a unit”.
