Sorry, I can’t answer your question, but the translation of una volta questa settimana as “once a week” seems off; it should be “once this week”.

However, it also suggests that it can mean to stray in the sense of having an affair.
Welcome, just out of interest I’ve seen Tradire used for “cheating on somebody”. And yes, I agree with Morbroper about “this week”.
