I don’t know any Welsh, so I’m not really sure if its feaseble to add a a button for each “speacial” character that is not present in the english alphabet, as done for other languages. In any case, while they decide if they implement it or not, you might want to try to add the keyboard layout on your phone/computer which would give you the possibility to type thise characters.
