Should this be “Får jag ta med dem?”

Or are both correct?

I believe that “med” in this sentence is an adverbial. And adverbials always come last in Swedish sentences, according to the word order rule. The object (“dem” in this case) always comes second to last in Swedish in case there’s an adverbial.

I might be wrong though, I’m not a native speaker.

It doesn’t sound outright bad to me, but it sounds more like “Can I include them?”. I would say “Får jag ta med mig dem?”; that’s perhaps even the best translation.
