Spanish Translation
Indicó que le faltaba un tornillo.
The Spanish translation is smth like having a screw loose, but I think this means flipping sb off. Or this as simple as Le enseñó un pájaro?
This is what “einen Vogel zeigen” means:
There’s even a funny photo that shows “politeness among car drivers” 
So I think the spanisch translation matches. It could of course also be meant literally, but usually not.
“flipping sb. off” would be “den Mittelfinger/Stinkefinger zeigen”.
