‘‘Demanar-me’’ no queda bien. ‘Demanar’ suena más a pedir, y no a preguntar. Y solo algunas veces me parece que ‘demanar’ pueda significar preguntar. Si hay algún catalanohablante de Catalunya o las Baleares que pueda aportar información se agradece. Yo soy de Valencia y en esta frase me parece que ‘demanar’ queda mal y no tiene el sentido de preguntar sino el de pedir.

Why is it “¿Tienes alguna pregunta?” rather than “¿Tienes algunas preguntas?” if the english translation is “Do you have any questions?”
I’d say both essentially mean the same thing, but the singular may sound a bit more idiomatic in Spanish.
BTW, I must ask @mike how this question on a Spanish sentence ended up under Catalan.
