The Italian sounds like “un gioco di parole”. 
I am not a native but DeepL gives “a piece of cake”.
No idea why “duck soup” should be easier than e.g. “chicken soup”.
Let’s coin “dodo soup” for something that is very, very difficult. 
Btw: The German expression is literally the same as the Italian: “ein Kinderspiel”.
