What is the difference between ‘ein bisschen’ and ‘ein wenig’? I’m guessing it’s specific nouns in certain contexts? Or one is more passive than the other?

just a gut feeling, based on how I would use it,
ein wenig could be a one-time effort,
ein bisschen more of a small but regular check-in.
Kannst Du mir ein wenig in der Küche helfen? Can you help me out a little bit in the kitchen [right now]?
Kannst Du mir ein bisschen in der Küche helfen? Can you help me a bit in the kitchen [in general]?
