Welcone! Hmm, not something I would say in English or Italian, rather “You could be right” (Potresti avere ragione). Out of interest, I wonder if it should be “tu abbia ragione” if you’re saying “pensare che”?

I understand the Italian sentence as something like “I have to agree with you.”
The English one sounds strange to me.
