I can’t find this word anywhere, including Wiktionary, at the moment.
I found one online entry when searching on the website of ‘het instituut voor de Nederlandse taal’:
… is blijkbaar gevormd het in ruwe taal vaak gehoorde znw. bofkont voor: geluksvogel.
But, as a Flemish person, I’d say it’s not a very standard Dutch word. It’s probably mostly/only used in colloquial language in the Netherlands.
