“Sama sekali tidak” (or “tidak sama sekali”) means “not at all”. The Japanese sentence means “He knows almost nothing about that animal” (see Tatoeba ID: 291194). The English sentence was translated first in Japanese properly, and then the Indonesian author mistranslated it in Indonesian.
