Why don’t we use ihre instead of deren here?

“deren” is like a definite pronoun, while “ihre” is like an indefinite pronoun. Like “a” vs. “the”, except it’s with pronouns.
So it’s a kind of emphasis.
In English you can only work with intonation: That’s their business.
