For some reason I want to say “Becher” here. I know it means mug. And then I get a weird mental picture of like, you’re out in the countryside and there is a giant mug embedded in the ground with ducks swimming in it.

I love that image! And now somehow I’ve got the British version of a “giant mug” (as when referring to a person) in my head, perhaps they’re the person responsible for having embedded the giant mug in the ground in the first place. So it’s getting quite crowded out there in the countryside. But I’m sure at least the ducks are enjoying themselves
